Yes that old guys definitely on some pretty hefty assistance especially at that age and that size. If you see a 20 year old with his size and his leanness there a very good chance that guys getting some assistance as well.

Assistance wont automatically make you a beast though and that guy as Trop said has still put in the time and dedication. Do all the Test and anabolics in the world, if your diet sucks your results will still suck.

You just have to do what works for you. You should never really force food on yourself. If you do that its pretty sure you wont be able to keep to your diet. But i don't see a problem of eating protein with fruit. But yes white chicken meat is great. If you got problems with that you might try protein shakes. (solid foods fill better as protein shakes)

Personally i found 500gram pots of yoghurt that i mix with 100 grams of musli and a scoop of protein powder. That is one of my meals.

We all think eating fruit means just buying fruit, cutting it up and popping it into our mouths. It's not that easy. It's important to know how and when to eat fruit.



What's the correct way to eat fruit?



IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUIT AFTER A MEAL! FRUIT SHOULD BE EATEN ON ANEMPTY STOMACH.



Eating fruit like that plays a major role in detoxifying your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.



FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.



Let's say you eat two slices of bread, then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it's prevented from doing so.



In the meantime, the whole meal rots and ferments, and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach, and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.



Eat your fruit on an empty stomach, or before your meal! You've heard people complain: Every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc. This will not happen if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. When you need to drink fruit juice drink onlyfresh fruit juice, NOT the concentrated juice from the cans. Don't drink juice that has been heated. Don't eat cooked fruit; you don't get the nutrients at all. You get only the taste. Cooking destroys all of the vitamins.



Eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer!

Dr Oz is a complete quack. Sorry but he said some real crazy things i would not put much faith in what he says.

I wouldnt doubt he is a quack but I have read it from so many different people, who really knows. For every study saying something is good the is a study saying its bad. Oh well.

I have been looking it up trying to find some scientiffic proof about this but this myth (i call it that but i love to be proven wrong with real proof).

All i get are alternative healthy sites but no scientific evidence. I have seen many real tests for protein and muscles and many times in bodybuilding forums they have excerpts out of real clinical testing. So i was trying to find something similar to that for this claim. I mean if there is some peer reviewed article about this that proves me wrong i would gladly amend my opinion and eat some humble pie.

I don't claim to know it all, but this just does not sound right. I also know it wont be an argument between us because you just want to know if its true too.

But i really could not find anything scientific.

The thing is anyone can write something down, but without some real tests to back it up nobody will really know. When im reading about bodybuilding and muscle building i love to read about the real tests behind it. Else its just a guess (that might be true).

I mean they tested steriods in labs on people and proven they worked. They tested extra protein to see how much you need ect. Why would they not test this unless its too crazy and they dont even bother to try.

The idea that fruit will rot and ferment in your body unless eaten by itself on an empty stomach is a myth that is circulating widely again. This myth is the foundation of many odd “food-combining’ diets. The fact is you can eat fruit any time. You can eat fruit with other foods as part of a meal. You can eat fruit as a dessert after a meal or you can eat fruit as a snack all by itself.

The human digestive system handles all food combinations very efficiently. As foods are broken down during digestion into their various components, they pass into the small intestine where naturally occurring bacteria are present. Sometimes these bacteria will act upon certain compounds in fruits and vegetables and give you gas. This has nothing to do, however with the fruit fermenting or in what combination the food was eaten. In fact, most nutrients from foods are best absorbed when eaten in combination with other foods.
