Multiple Entry 12Month Non-B Visa

I have a multiple entry NIB visa. How many entries does the visa cover? I'm heading back to England for 10 days at the weekend. Do I need to get a re-entry permit?

A Non Imm B Visa gives unlimited entries while the Visa is valid.

Each entry has a max of 90 days stay.

Providing you have a valid Visa you do not need a Re Entry Permit.

Many confuse Visas (obtained at Thai Embassies/Consulates outside of Thailand) with Extensions of Permission to Stay (obtained within Thailand).

A Non Immigrant B Visa is normally only issued outside of Thailand - providing you have this then you are fine and will always get a fresh 90 day Stamp on entering Thailand each time up to the 'Use Before' date on your visa.

If you have an Extension of Permission to Stay obtained from Immigration within Thailand (which is not a Visa) then you must buy a Re-Entry Permit (Single/Multiple) to preserve your Permission to Stay on returning to Thailand.
