Dorsal Hump Removal (From Broken Nose - Recommendations/Specialists?

Would anyone have any good recommendations for skilled surgeons dealing with farang noses? I live in Chiang Mai, but if i need to travel to Bangkok, will do.

Close to 7 months ago i had a bike accident. Helmet worn, but did not provide enough protection.

Broke my nose and inside severely deviated.

I have had two deviated septum surgeries and may need a third.

I have a dorsal hump from the break and repairs. One side more of my nose with more of a hump than the other, at the bridge.

I imagine this is not going to reduce much now after this amount of time, although i had hopes it would do on its own.

In approximately 5 months from now i can re-evaluate and have nasal rasping (and/or whatever is required to settle my nose shape back down). Seeking recommendations now, so i have time to research.
