I found it on my last trip. Located on a side lane off the main soi. Very small place. Good music. Lots of drink specials. Enjoyed the passion fruit mojtos. Was not crowded around six in the evening.

If cocktails are your thing try the Cloud hotel bar in Soi 15.

Happy hour is I think 5-7 pm....excellent cocktails but very pricey outside those times.

I think Smokie might be referring to the Dream Hotel in Sukhumvit 15?

although...maybe it gets smokie high into the clouds

happy hour ...could be 6 to 9pm, but again not 100% sure

Yes, I think it is the Dream Hotel. I often stay at the Four Points about a block away, and pass it all the time going to and from Soi 11. Always meant to pop in and see what it was all about.

Four points has that pub place on the ground floor....can't remember name.... Beer vault? The Vault?

Anyhow they have lots n lotsssss of variety of beers. Or so I've been told. I wouldn't know
