Samsung Service Centre (Computers)

Featured Replies

Is anyone able to confirm the location of a Samsung service centre on the island dealing with computers. I've been informed that my laptop requires a new motherboard.

The information I have at the moment is Phang Nga Road. Will go this morning to check it out.

Thanks.

you have the correct road. just past the old bus station, on the right side ju-st before the traffic lights. Next to Acer service. Mazda agent after lights right side, Shell station on the left.

Yes, cheers, found it earlier. Unfortunately they're closed today for Buddha Day. Will go back tomorrow.

Off back to UK on 12 for short break so I don't hold out much hope for a quick enough turnaround. Probably have to get repair done in UK.

Had my Wave II fixed last month. Went to the shop that I purchased it in Central F. and was told it would be 3 weeks to sort. When I mentioned that she didn't have a clue to what the problem was, said it would be 2 weeks. Was told to go over to Phuket Town myself and drop it off. Great service!

Was not interested in driving to Phuket Town, so just told her to send it off and do the best that she could. Took 10 days.

Samsung service? You poor sucker. Welcome to Kafkaland. No more Samsung for me -- ever!
