I have company for 5 years but have not have business for 3, still pay taxes per year. Can I still use for buying vehicle, lease land, buy condo ,etc., if I am on a tourist visa.

Nothing wrong with an owner of shares in a Thai company travelling to Thailand on a tourist visa. Working for that company, though, would require a work permit and this is normally not given to the holder of a tourist visa. Signing documents to buy assets in the company's name is working.

I think the answer to the question is that yes, as long as the company is active and in good standing (filing annual financial statements, paying taxes, etc.) then it can own vehicles, condominiums, etc. in its name. No problem there, regardless of your visa status.
