Have had a nasty, unproductive cough for almost a month.

I am sensitive to mold and mildew and all the goodies growing in climes like Bangkok so I figured that was it. But then quite a few folks at work are telling me about family members and friends with similar symptoms- people with whom I have had no contact.

No fever, no other symptoms except a sore chest and neck from coughing for so long (and tired and crabby).

Bumrungrad sent me home a couple of weeks ago with some OTC stuff and Kamillosan spray, but no joy with those.

Is there something going around, a new chemical plant fired up in BKK, or some kind of flower in bloom? (It started long before the refinery fire so that's not a possibility.)

Considering heading back to Bumrungrad or maybe another hospital for another go. Finances are not an issue, but time away from the office is frowned upon if an employee is able to walk and breathe unassisted...

Suggestions from the experts? Is there anything I should specifically ask the Doctor about that would be relevant here in BKK?
