Driving From Ratchaburi To Saraburi This Afternoon: Best Route

Featured Replies

I am heading to Saraburi from Ratchaburi leaving about 15:00h. I am planning to go via Pra Ram II, join the 9 just after Samut Sakhon, and go round eastwards past Swampy and carry on to the end of the 9 and join the 1 there. Any alternative suggestions, which might help avoid congestion, would be very welcome. Many thanks

I would go for the Outer Ring Road (West). It is a shorter trip around Bangkok, and there are enough signs so you cannot lose your way.

Thanks for that. I appreciate it is shorter but it's just really slow right now because of road works; well it was about 6 weeks ago and it looked as if the works were major, like a rail line. That's why I am planning to head the eastern way; just curious if there is a quicket way thru the middle. Thanks

Yes there is a probably quicker way if you take the tollway. This one is indicated just before the turn off direction West Ring.
