I think you'll find any course in Chiang Mai advertised for farangs to be legit, and 'accredited' (for what that's worth)

I can recommend this one -- see link above... It is the Thai massage school at the Old Medicine Hospital on a small soi off of Wualai Road (the entrance to the soi is across from the Chiang Mai Cultural Center). I took a 2 week course and they were very thorough, entertaining and fun. An excellent Thai massage practitioner in the States told me about them. I took their course two years ago and it was very much worth it!
