Renewing True Data Plan

Featured Replies

I'm here about two weeks on True's prepaid 349B/1gb/ month plan. I'm just about out of my 1gb. Can I buy this plan again, for another 1gb? How- just refill and send the code again?

Also- I will then be leaving Thailand for a few weeks before coming back- do the plans auto-renew? How to stop this? I'd like to cancel when I leave and start again on the 3gb or unlimited plan when I get back

Is the 349 baht plan just an EDGE/GPRS plan?

You need TRUE-H for 3G.

But if you are still using the old TRUEMOVE SIM and have run out of data early, cancel the package by sending an SMS containing CT3 to 9789 if using a mobile telephone or if you have USSD capability; *901*22#Send Once confirmed, you can rejoin using T3 to 9789 or *900*22#Send

The corresponding details for TRUE-H are here

Thanks for that. It is True H. Do I cancel the same way as you describe for old True? Any idea what the difference is between the first and second panels on your link?

I've tried CV3 to 9789 and *901*43# (I think this corresponds to the plan I'm on) but get no reply (it just says 'please wait for SMS confirmation but I hear nothing.)

Resubscribing does nothing.

Any ideas how to cancel?

OK, it actually worked, just took a little while. CV3 to 9789 cancelled and then *900*01# to go on the daily unlimited plan. Thanks for your help!
