Anybody know where the place in Phuket town is to do the test for a five year old motorbike?

I went to the place in Kathu today, the big Caltex garage near the police checkpoint but a bloke there told me that the testing place was closed for two weeks and suggested I go to the one in Phuket town but I couldn't understand his directions.

It's just around the corner from immigration.

Thanks for the advice gents and thank you hkt83100 for telling me about the place in Patong, it's much more convenient for me than going all the way to Phuket town.
