On Wednesday I went against my GF advice and bought a GPAD

Bought a GPAD 8.0 Explorer I for 4390 THB

Last night I was downloading a few apps to my tablet

Suddenly I notice that several random apps were downloading

that I did not press to download and that I did not want on my tablet.

I decide the best thing to do would be to just power down.

I pressed the power button, the tablet just turned of

It did not give me the choice "Do you want to turn off YES or NO"

Now when I power up the tablet

It starts to boot up

I get to the white screen that indicates "Touch and Play"

But ut gets stuck at that point and the tablet does not load

and it is no linger functioning or usable

Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Press and hold the volume up and down together with the power button. This should initiate a hard reset and bring the system recovery utility up. Choose :reboot.

if this doesn't help - repeat steps above and choose:wipe data / factory reset.

if this doesn't help: Take it back to the shop and start listening to the wife *wonder*

Look for this icon: settings

Now it gets tricky: go to ภาษา (language) and change from thai to อังกฤษ
