A Burmese military delegation has traveled to Kunming in China’s Yunnan Province to interrogate Naw Kham, a drug lord detained in China for 13 murders in the Golden Triangle, according to a report on Thursday by the Chinese newspaper Legal Daily. The report said that the visit follows discussions between the Chinese Minister of Public Security Meng Jianzhu and Burmese President Thein Sein, Lower House Speaker Shwe Mann, Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Vice Snr-Gen Min Aung Hlaing and Minister of Home Affairs Ko Ko during Meng’s visit to Naypyidaw in early July.
