By the carton at small shops are cheaper than 7-11, at least in Maenam... no idea about shops elsewhere.

I gently broke the subject yesterday without mentioning that she will have to stop smoking and she thought about it.

Today I spoke about it again and explaing the no smoking bit and she is still thing about it. A reasonable start I think.
