Big chang / leo 55baht free ice...

Nice staff...

A sofa in a bar? Seems oddly Canadian to me, but Canada is the only place I know where they have a lot of sofas in bars. Not sure I could drink on a sofa in a bar.

As for the rest.....

Air con is not necessary as long as they have fans working.

Cheap beer I do like.

Friendly staff.

Music. That depends. Sometimes I like good rock music & live bands. Other times I'm happy to sit in a local bar and chat with friends.

Location. Also depends on what mood I am in. For chatting the nearby bars are good. For music it is a m/c taxi ride. Usually down soi 8 area off beach road.

Poker bar on Beach road can be very pleasant if not cheap.

Yes the Beer Garden is good. Great view too.

Any bar that offers beer at 50baht or less and that has a clear sign with beer prices... I usually wander around soi buakhao, soi 7,8 and end up in WS drinking cheap draught beer in gogos.

I think kasideree house is the name not sure but in soi buakaow...

I'm going to try the one with golden lion on top....

Soi honey /soi buakaow..

Seems quite nice too...

Also going to try whiterspoons...

Evenings I like Noi bar,soi honey/buakaow....

For food I like Crazydave..

In no particular order, usually depends where I am at the time,

Leos Blues Bar,

Jamesons,

Metro Apartments - Soi Lk,

Star Bar Beach rd,

Wonder Bar, next door to Lek Hotel,

Pig & Whistle.

My favourite place long since gone was The Anzac on Pattayaland 1.

Because I can't remember the name of it but it is on Walking St.

I could also chose Leo's Blues Bar as it has all that I mentioned.

See here is the point. You are making another moral statement about people. It has nothing to do with bars. The guy asked what is your favorite bar. So guys who like bars are here, ears all perked up waiting for your answer. And you come off with some anti sex statement about girls that bother you. How about boys that bother you? Would that be OK? See what I am saying. I am so dead tired of quacks who come to Thailand, the Sex hub of the world and say stuff like one would get at Sunday school. Why do you do it? The Russians go to seven eleven and everyone else in Pattaya goes to bars with girls. They don't bother you if you ask them not to bother you. You don't know that? When was the last time you were at a bar in Pattaya?

When in town , i go to Soi New Plaza , there are alot of good bars there the girls don't bother you if they know you Janes Bar is a nice bar open 24Hrs and cheap beers toooooo.

Like I said the family atmosphere. Mothers and daughters dancing together and free food. It is a clean place too. The staff showers a lot. Sometimes together and at least two or three times per night.
