[Myanmar] Canada, Uk To Share Embassy In Burma

Canada and the United Kingdom will share a single embassy in Burma under an agreement reached between the two countries’ foreign ministers in Ottawa this week, according to a report by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The arrangement, which is part of a cost-sharing agreement that will later include embassies in other countries, comes just two months after Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird announced that Canada would be opening its first embassy in Burma in recognition of recent political changes in the country.
