Hi,

I look at Bangkok post and some free English local newspaper/ leaflet.

Some Thai language colleges/ schools offer so-called "free" Ed visa.

What I know is that I have to pay around 200-300 Malaysian Ringgit if I apply Ed visa in Malaysia and around 85 USD in Indonesia.

Do these school really pay /refund this amount of money ( 200-300 Ringgit or 85 USD ) if you produce receipt from Thai Embassy / consulate ?

Thanks

You could also ask :"Do hey pay the trip to the consulate plus the hotel?"

Nope, they don't.

But no extra charge for the needed paperwork!

You pay the 'get the visa' costcoffee1.gif

It costs about 24,000 - 30,000 baht per year for the school fees

+ 1,900 baht every 3 months, paid in the immigration office

+ an initial trip to some foreign embassy, to get the visa (can do it in Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, practically anywhere you want)
