I am looking for a map of Koh Samui as I want to find out the locations

of ban plalam, chong mon and bang rak.

The reason is that my friend lives in ban plalam near the Big Buddha and asked TOT for ADSL she was told that

they have it at chong mon and bang rak, but it is not yet in ban plalam.

If anyone knows if TT&T has it in the area instead I would appreciate a location and the exchange it is on first three numerals will do.

Bit like ordinance survey at 1km or less

Better still with the positions of the TOT and TT&T telephone exchanges for ADSL copper length.

By the way Bambi, the map you posted was no good, bears no resemblance to Samui, particularly the bit on Plai Laem - this is where my house is.

I think your friend should check again.

I live in Plai Laem and have had ADSL from TOT for five years now.

Initially although they connected me to the internet I could not have a normal telephone line. (Not a problem).

After a couple of years when a line came free they re-connected me in the normal way with a phone line.

Here is the map you asked for anyway.

Not sure the first three numbers of the phone number will help either, they all start 077 as far as I know.
