Trouble With Tot.

is anyone having trouble with the service from tot korat,the last 3days our pc performance has gone haywire,cannot log in,have to put in password twice then enter to get in,frozen screen,closing down, you name it its all up the creek.phoned tot call center took half hr.before we got through [wed] they daid an engineer wood phone us to make an appiontment nobody did,thurs phoned againtook an hr.this time same same an engr.will ring you back didnt.thurs night 8pm would not respond at all redialed 4times each time it came up service provider is not responding.today fri if they dont call us they can go and f--- themselves..hope i can post this.

did get a call from a tot engineer,they are having problems.anti-virus check how do you do that please

TOT is crap, but where I live the only other option is carrier pigeon. It's off more than it's on and when it's on I'm limited to !MBPS due to the length of the telephone line. It was off this morning at 0500 but came back on at around 1000.

done an anti virus scan only found 1 alert,so far this morning every thing is working fine.pc is responding to all my requests.

I think your computer has a problem. Nothing to do with TOT. Take it to a computer shop!
