Is PIC #1 in the Lilly family? Great pic.

Those were taken in Chiang Mai in front of our research building on genetic modification. Not sure but Lily seems about right.

BTW - last year members were interested in where the photos were taken so if you can supply that info too that would be useful.

Thanks harry for the additional info. Just want to be sure regarding your copyright note above that it is not an issue using in the calendar as per my OP. They will be watermarked with your member name though and not professional one.

how big are they in real life?

What scale is it? Is it miniature?

Where is this place?

This is real size, the people are walking on the road and the ferris wheel is real. The pic no. 4 was taken from the ferris wheel, I guess about 30 meters high.

The pictures were taken at the Royal Flora in Chaing Mai, this year. It already ended.

Angiud : What body do you use to get these on the previous page (referring to post #65) ?

Preacher, thanks for your reply above. The website you provided, (the official site by the way) makes no mention of the 2012/2013 event. Was it a one off or do you think it will be an annual event?

Canon EOS 7D and sometimes 5D mkii.

f you click on the pics you can see also the Flickr page with the EXIF data (shot data and lens used)
