Featured Replies

I would like to buy something similar to the ones in the photo. Where do they have them and prices if you know?

Try ( what's in a name) Chiang Ria Saddlebags.

When it's not on there webshop send a mail to Marty ( the owner) i'm sure he can do a search for you.

I bought there a few items online and very pleased with the good service and info.

sent from my Q6

I went to that shop a few weeks ago. Looks like they have exactly what i need. Will go back on my way to the bike show...

I got some similar to the ones in the photo from Asiatique (the trendy night market/eating area next to the rover in Bangkok). There's a small bike clothing shop in there and they sell throw-over panniers. Branded as Alpine - but I'm not sure if genuine and they were cheap ... but work OK and have waterproof slip-on covers.

Just to bump an old thread- I received 2 Kriega dry packs today- the US-20 and the US-10 (I got them from Panda Rider- they're the authorized distributor for Thailand)- the 20 will attach to the subframe under the rear seat, and the 10 attaches to the 20 (they also make a 5 and a 30- all are waterproof and everything integrates for several size combinations).

I haven't tried them yet, but based on looks and many great reviews, I think they were a good choice, and I like the easy way they attach to the bike (after the straps are properly set up, which looks like it will take a bit of effort).

This is the 5, 10, and 20:

The 10 and 20 attached to a bike (not mine):

Do they fit any bike? (new ninja 250) How much?

They'll fit any bike with a rear seat- they'll be more secure if there's access to the subframe or some other hard attachment point, but they can be secured by the seat alone.

The 10 was 3k (2700 without the securing straps, which you wouldn't need if you always attached it to the 20) and the 20 was 3500 baht. These prices are about the same as they'd be in the US from Revzilla.

panda rider has some motech bags as well but pricy.

yankee which bag did you get for 1350 thb from 320 sp?

that is good price and OK product for some short term use.

I am looking one more as the chopper style i bought went for my gf as she liked that and put it on our honda wave xlaugh.png
