Today Instagram completely disabled photo integration with Twitter, following a dramatic move by the photo sharing site earlier this week that made its photos appear cropped in the Twitter timeline. Now when you share an Instagram photo on Twitter, only a link to the photo on Instagram’s site will appear on your timeline.

Twitter officially acknowledged the change this afternoon, and a Facebook spokesperson confirmed it with AllThingsD.
