Good Auto Electrician And/or Mechanic In Phuket

Featured Replies

I have checked and there are a few previous Phuket mechanic threads but they are all a bit long in the tooth.

I have a simple problem with my alternator. The pulleys are miss aligned a little and need to be shimed. There is nothing wrong with the alternator itself...bearings are fine...

I have had the car in to five different shops now...none have fixed the problem...even through it has been explained in detail in Thai.

So...

I am looking for shop number six....any suggestions.....

Try B Quik in Patong at the rear of Jungceylon they may be able to fix the problem t or recommend someone that can

Shop/garage that specialises in alternators in Phuket town. Road behind Robinsons, past the big food market, through lights past the big shopping market (both sides of road) look for the Cashew nut factory on the right. Garage on the left opposite cashew place. On a corner, looks like a small house.

I use this guy in chalong.

Very good and hasn't failed me once. He can weld alumium like a pro.

Vinnie the Volvo had the same exact problem last year and a friend steered me to an older gent in Phuket town who fixed that and another electrical problem. It is very hard to describe where he is, but if you have no other success with the previous answers, PM me and I will get a number for you. If you sapeak Thai, it will be easy....
