I want to rent a plane with a pilot for 40minute or 1 hour flying from Phuket or Krabi in January ( between the 13/01 et the 28/01)

I would fly over Phang Nga Bay for foto and film.

You know of passionate or a company ? Paramotor / microlight / small plane/ helicopter...

There used to be a company called Sky Dance, which did helicopter trips. Not sure if they are still around. You can find their website by googling their company name.

I contacted many agency for tourist. Skydance and Helithai, but their prices start at 10,000 bht per person, and I think I can find cheaper renting a small air vehicle.

Best of luck, but I think Skydance is your best bet if you want to survive the flight. Only cheaper option is this.

Depending on where you will be taking the pictures and at what elevation, you might consider using a remote control aerial camera. I know there is a guy in Phuket that does this but I don't have any contact info for him.
