The 2nd TTAA International Travel Fair 2006

The Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA) has joined forces with KTC in organizing the 2nd TTAA International Travel Fair 2006, to provide more travel choices for tourists who would like to travel abroad.

The President of the TTAA, Mr. Anek Srichiwachart (เอนก ศรีชีวะชาติ), said his association had prepared the travel fair last year, and it presented specific tour routes. However this year, the tour routes will be expanded to cover destinations across the world. Some of the tour agencies are from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia’s Saba Tourist Bureau, Philippines Tourism Authority, and Nepal Tourism Authority. More than 200 operators from Thailand and abroad will join this year’s fair, including airline and tourism-related operators.

Besides, the TTAA is cooperating with KTC, or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, in hosting this event, and KTC cardholders will also receive special privileges at this fair.

The TTAA President added that tourism is an important aspect of people in the new generation. The 2nd TTAA International Travel Fair 2006 will be held from 23rd to 26th February at BEC TERO’s Main Hall in Suan Lum Night Bazaar.

For more details on the 2nd TTAA International Travel Fair 2006, please call 0-2214-6175 to78, or contact KTC at 0-2665-5056. You can also log on to www.tat.or.th, or call its 1672 hotline service.
