PATTAYA:--As the case of the Police Senior Sergeant Major, accused of firing a shotgun at the apartment of the Police Station Chief early on New Year’s Day continues, news has reached us confirming the 56 year old officer has been forced to retire following orders from the National Police Chief, despite the fact that he vehemently denies allegations of being involved in the shooting.

The case which is becoming more complex as the days go on, continued on Friday Morning as the officer, Police Senior Sergeant Major Tippasit, presented himself at Pattaya Police Station to confirm his claim that he could not have conducted the shooting as he was on-duty at the time at the Bali Hai Port for the New Year Countdown Festival and then, later on New Year’s Day went on a trip with his family, returning on 3rd January when he found out about the shooting.
