Mousehound
always obliging around the grassy areas of Mae Hia, CM . . . Plain Prinia Sweet. Obviously prime lens with that narrow dof, what did you use? Bleedin' heck. If you took this with a bridge camera what am I doing with all my gear. This is an outstanding shot with the kit used.
Popular Post Robby nz
Taken with my new toy this morning in Kaeng Krachan, the 150-600 Tamron. Noisy like hell but it was pretty dark. i'll say ! but hey . . . that's the price you pay with these slow Tammy/Sigma's when shooting in the dark woods. It's not bad though, and it's an 'Orange-breasted Trogon' for those that may not know. Would be a male and this would be a female, (I think). Close to a stream 2km up the road from the headquarters of Phu Toei NP.

hanno
I'd say so. How the heck did you get a shot like that (envious)?
jack2964
I'd say so. How the heck did you get a shot like that (envious)? From a blind Hanno so it is actually quite easy. The hard part is getting fast enough shutter speeds due to very low light and fighting off swarms of 'koon' (biting flies).
hanno
I hate those flies. Is that the hide at Kaeng Krachan?
