The money would have been first krisb......the house wasnt important ...The op would be better getting in a Builder on a day rate to finish it off.

Probably a builder from his home country, which will turn out cheaper than all the corruption payouts, even considering the cost of Flight.

I know a good builder in Phuket but think he's pretty fully occupied with a hotel construction at present. Maybe you could PM me the details (location, scale of job, time scale etc) and I'll see if he's interested.
