Hi.

I'm away from Khon Kaen at the moment and my 90 day report is due in about 10 days. Does KK immi accept reporting by post?

Plus if so as I've never reported by post before can somebody kindly confirm to include the below.

1 stamped self addressed envelope

Last 90 day reporting slip

1 completed TM 47

Photocopy of TM 6 arrival card

Photocopy of photo page of passport

Photocopy of passport page with last extension stamp

I know they won't accept postal reporting after the due date so I'm going to send it EMS tomorrow

Many thanks

If they do the general requirement for mail reporting is 15 or more days early now; but most are still allowing later posting if received in time.

That seems to be a copy of the general immigration guidelines and does not list any reporting address for Khon Kaen Immigration office. Chiang Watanna does not handle mail reporting countrywide anymore.

Would be nice if the immigration office websites would keep up to date and in step nationwide.

The link was to a reprint of 90 day reporting and had Bangkok Immigration address directly from Bangkok Immigration. That there is a contact address/location on there website does not mean they accept mail reports at that address. Have you used that address for mail in reports and have they been accepted? That is the question the poster is asking and needs to be answered.

Yes, KK Immigration accepts 90-day reports by post. I have been doing it without any problem ever since the office opened several years ago.

They accept receipt of your report up to 7 days prior to due date, and up to 7 days afterwards.

The only thing missing in your list is a copy of the last valid Thai visa you have in your passport.

Just to update and confirm 100% as Fookhat kindly said that KK do accept 90 days through the post as I received my next reporting slip through the post this morning.
