Another chocolate cake. Made if as a Thai New Year's present for the office staff. Getting better at it, no longer looks like an erupting volcano.

Here is a little light breakfast for two in Chiang Rai. Chivit Thamma Da Coffee House. Eggs Benedict on smoked salmon with Hollandaise sauce and a strip of bacon. Those potatoes are amazing too.

Lamai walking street.. excellent food and obviously for the tourists. I asked these guys where they got the crocodile .. and the said Makro.. well where else !!

Lunch at Manee Dheva Resort & Spa in Mae Chan. Probably the best Khao Soi I've had.

Food cooking for the masses... over a thousand, that's quite some organisation ... The Burmese Army kept busy all evening to keep up... all provided for "free" I like free!

 

It just kept coming! 

 

Burmese food not full of fish sauce, ... or as spicy or sour!
