Nice, and yes he is largely right but most people don't want to restrict their food intake or even exercise. I believe that people should stay active and keep their diet under check. (not starving but eating healthy). If i look at my mom and dad, then there is a large difference. Dad always stayed active and biked he is still fat (bad diet choices) but he is strong as an ox great stamina. Mom, inactive but slim but its all fat no muscle.. no stamina tired a lot.

For me it shows you should exercise and keep your diet in check always, just find something that you like. I was amazed how much better i could become now as even in my teens. Lower fat % and in great shape. Its all possible as long as you are willing to go for it.
