isanbirder Posted February 28, 2013 Share Posted February 28, 2013 (edited) Sounds fun. You probably don't need a licence, but if you ask, the amphur etc authorities would probably say you do. Just don't let 'authorities' see you use it (police, forest rangers etc). Sadly, I have no idea where you could get one! (I could tell you a place in Hong Kong.....)
