samtam Posted March 5, 2013 Share Posted March 5, 2013 The new " swipe" card for the BTS produced by Rabbit doesn't seem to work if you leave it in your wallet, unlike its predecessor, produced by BTS. So, with inconvenience in mind, you have to remove it from your wallet, (if you remember exactly into which compartment you placed it), and swipe it that way. I demonstrated this to the BTS ticket office, thinking that perhaps I had a dud card, but no, he said I could only use it this way. I've since noticed that others have to do the same.
