Google a bit for "exotic dance wear" "sexy dance wear" "clubwear" etc. and you'll find lots of internet shops selling similar clothes. Pay attention to sizing, if your gf is small or regular by Thai standards, some shops won't have small enough sizes for her.

I don't have enough information to be sure I have or have not seen this brand before and there for am not able to suggest where you might get a pair for your wife to wear at home. Perhaps if you could show a front view, that would provide enough information that a recomendation could be made.
