How To Set Up Truemove H Pay As U Go So I Can Pay Online

Featured Replies

Hi

Ive found this page http://iservice.truecorp.co.th/members/form

I want to pay my pay as u go true move h online

Its asking for service number. When i put my mobile number in the bottom box it says Sorry, this product is not match with your own product

What can i do? I already signed up with email.. didnt ask for my "product" just put in my name and email address.

Can you describe in detail what it is that you are trying to accomplish? Maybe use an example?

My sense is that iServices platform is for monthly, post-paid, contracted services.

Do you have a local bank account? Do you have an associated ATM card?

I'm guessing here but maybe you want to periodically add value (AKA: Top-up) your pre-paid TrueMove H SIM telephone number in order to cover calls, texts and any monthly recurring charges for services including mobile data?

Perhaps the easiest and simplest methods would be:

1.) Write your ten digit TrueMove H telephone number down on piece of paper along with a figure in Thai Baht you want to ad to it. Walk in to a 7-11 and hand that paper over to the clerk, along with the cash. They will add the value and issue a receipt.

2.) Use your ATM card to add value to your TrueMove H telephone number. Each bank's ATM menu is slightly different so you'll have to navigate to the correct screen, typically you might start with "Make a payment".
