"Beeehhr" http://news.yahoo.com/mmm-taste-beer-triggers-good-feelings-brain-173140837.html Interesting T-dog! Quotes from the article: After a taste of beer, the men's brains showed a notable release of dopamine, a brain chemical associated with the pleasurable experience of consuming alcohol and other drugs. Furthermore, the men who had a family history of alcoholism showed an even greater spike in dopamine levels after they tasted the beer, so the dopamine response may be a heritable risk factor for alcoholism. Those are very interesting for sure. I have seen studies where they proved that addiction occurred after smoking one cigarette or having one encounter with cocaine. The brain is a pretty powerful machine and if the genetics are right, watch out. But enough for now.... Got to run out and buy some beer.

T_Dog
I went for a mountain bike ride earlier today and finished off my 100 ounce Camelbak bladder of water. MacChine
In this heat I like something bubbly, but real (French) Champagne is just too expensive, so I like the somewhat cheaper Italian Prosecco, really really cold (3 C). A bottle or "normal" Veuve Cliquot costs about THB 2,400. But a restaurant charges up to THB 7,000. That is outrageous. MacChine
I've found a decent Belgium sparkling wine for about THB 270 which is a great price , not quite there alone though, hence the essential ice and strawberry juice. Don't forget the lime wedges. In this heat I like something bubbly, but real (French) Champagne is just too expensive, so I like the somewhat cheaper Italian Prosecco, really really cold (3 C).
