Tips from anyone who’s travelled from Thailand to Latin America (Central/South America)?
Really appreciate the detailed reply. Sounds like an epic trip, even with the Varig mess. Good to know the London route worked well for you. I'm considering something similar with a stopover in the UK or Europe. Brazil during carnival must have been insane. I keep hearing great things about the vibe there. Also good to hear you managed fine without knowing much Spanish or Portuguese. Can totally relate to the paranoia at first. I’d probably do the same with hiding cash and skipping the camera for a few days. Shame about the pickpocketing, but sounds like it didn’t take away from the experience. Definitely moving Brazil higher up the list after this. -

Oh yea, because Thailand has a glowing human rights record. Honestly, you sound like a PR spokesperson for the Thai government - you probably even have a shrine of the king in your room and pretend to suck him off every night. You sound as brainwashed as the Thais, you probably never leave because you know anywhere else in the world, people will pay no attention to you. Much easier for you to stay in a country where women are desperate enough to feign interest in you in order to extract your valuable western cash. -

But Trump said Ukraine had no cards to play. He insisted that they did not. And all during the time when Trump and his stooge Vance were insulting and belittling Zelenskyy, Zelenskyy knew what was being planned, and kept quiet. The take away is that the USA was unaware, most likely because Ukraine and other EU nations in the know, who help with Ukraine's defense intelligence, did not share the information with the USA. That should be a warning to the US political leadership and military - that other nations no longer trust the USA, because Trump and friends leak information like a sieve. The discipline of Zelenskyy and his commanders to keep quiet is remarkable. That is something one doesn't see with the USA and its sharing of critical security information with unvetted people, like girlfriends and spouses. -

Certificate of residency "Affadavit", was available from British Consulate in Bangkok until December 2023 when they stopped this service. I used that to obtain and renew Thai drivers licence over many years, thankfully, I now have yellow book which is accepted by some offices of DLT. -

And you know this because you are fluent in the Thai language and socialize with Thai people who are educated and are engaged in activities that require training and/or education? If you have only associated with Thailand's prostitutes and entertainment district people, then your experience is to be expected. It is wonderful that you are enthralled with Kazakhstan and its dismal human rights and civil liberties environment. You can engage in your advanced and deep discussions as you eat all the mutton, camel and horse you want. Your position has to be a wind up, as no one of any sanity would make the idiotic claims that you have. And more importantly, no one cares if you claim that kazakhstan is so much better than Thailand. Please enjoy it. Live your life to the fullest with the free floating uranium dust. There is a reason why the life expectancy is 6 years lower in kazakhstan, so go have fun. No need for you to ever set foot in Thailand again. -

90 day Non Imm application in the UK
I'd assume the Non Imm O as the OP wouldn't have had time to obtain a criminal record check for the Non Imm 0-A since only posting the question yesterday.
