D M K - Amari Hotel Transfer

Featured Replies

Next week I arrive into DMK about 22:00 and booked on an early flight to the sticks. I have made a reservation at the Amari and believe it's only about 500 M from the terminal.

Looking at Google Earth there appears to be a bridge to the hotel, how does one traverse it? Walk - Shuttle - Taxi!!

Thank you.

IF my memory serves me .I know you walk, but i believe its on third floor(the bridge to Amari)

. But i am sure that it shouldn't be hard to locate.

There is a direct, enclosed pedestrian bridge between the north west corner of Terminal 1 and the Amari Hotel. Easy and difficult to miss it as it is sign posted.

Thanks guys, took some finding but got a grip of it on the Amari Web Site. They are saying 140 Meters walk, should be able to handle that knowing a cold beer will be my reward after some 13 hours travel.

May we ask where you are flying in from and with what carrier ?

Gold Coast (QLD Aust.) - KL - DMK then onto UTH at 07:00 the following morning. All with AirAsia.

Look for the lift....its clearly signposted.

The Amari looks OK....but their breakfast looked very poor indeed.
