Fingers crossed, well done Paul.

The amount of free advice given to and free work carried out for members of this forum by both Paul and Tony is immeasurable.

I cannot see any other professional visa agent doing likewise.

Having read the forum many times and dealt with agents - Paul and Tony do seem to understand good PR is free marketing and leads to sales. Good business sense and good luck to them.

i can tell you all that, i think i love paul from thai visa express more than my wife right now! ha ha

paul got in contact with the embassy straight away this morning. he then emailed me today to tell me that they have requested her passport. that we can send it to him and he will take it in for us on friday... then, later today i get another email from paul confirming that her visa was granted and she will recieve it when he takes them the passport!!

he has not asked for anything for doing this for me, i swear i cannot thank him enough for it!

That's Great New's, Just shows, Even the UKBA make mistakes, But i don't think you will get a sorry from them., Nice to know that their are people on here who will help people out. I for one would not have my wife here in the UK if it wasn't for the help of this forum.

Good news, hotwinter, and most helpful assistance from Paul and Tony.

I'm sure you'll be donating £20 to a charity of their choice, hotwinter. wink.png

Tony got in touch with me on Saturday night regarding this as I dont get on the forum due to being so busy these days.

And Tonys doing a great job giving free advice on here, I just advised the embasy why should we have to take the passport down to you.

If a simple mistake has been made then you should at least advise the client of the decision.

To the embassies credit they did both allowing me to post it and informing TVE the application was approved.

Good luck Paul/Tony
