PATTAYA:--Pattaya Police in conjunction with the Provincial Transnational Crime Suppression Center, conducted raids on two locations in North and Central Pattaya on Saturday which were suspected of being used to run online football gambling operations.

Search warrants for both properties were obtained by Police prior to the raids in Soi Wongamat in North Pattaya and Soi Arunothai in Central Pattaya. Both locations were rented apartments which are thought to have been used for the last 6 months by the Koreans.

A total of 13 South Koreans were arrested in both locations and many computer sets, modems, bank books and lists of customers were seized by Police.

It sucks to be those guys!

Bout a year back or so a South Korean celeb got prosecuted for gambling - when he returned home (SK) from the location he was gambling at in the Philippines. It's illegal for South Koreans to gamble - in any country. These guys are DOOMED!
