March 24, 200619 yr I know, it suits well with seafood e.g but are you looking for a white wine which is coping thai chillies though??? If you know / have one, let me know and send over a few bottles please.

If you know / have one, let me know and send over a few bottles please. Thai spicy food commands a robust dry wine. So avoid anything light, or a wine which would be best drunk on it's own. I like any robust Sauvignon Blanc, and I have found a Pinot Grigot (spelling?) which is fab, it's actually German! Kindermans is the brand, they also do a dry reisling which goes very well. I have put a few in parcel post for you, they will be there in a couple of days. Enjoy...
March 24, 200619 yr ...is there a hall of fame? As for me you gained the status of a saint already when you suggested my signature ...but know...WOW

Only problem is you end up drinking too much of it!

Only problem is you end up drinking too much of it! The true problem is that all other nationalities than the French or Italiens where it is common to have a bottle of wine with almost every meal, are stingy with the wine (also due to the price) and think they need to finish the bottle no matter what rather than just leave a remain... especially in Restaurants. But of course I count myself with these stingy people as well
March 24, 200619 yr Author I never leave anything in the bottle!!! Waste not want not! ps And it's a good signature you have too... Even though I do say so myself...
