Looking For Low Profile Tyre For 19'' X 1.60 Dot Rim

Have rebuilt an old 110cc tena casual sport and put a 19" rim on the back but the only tyres I can find around Mukdahan are the cart tyres. I have one on it at the moment but only have about 8mm clearance from the swingarm behind the mono shock, so have done search on net with out success only finding cart tyres .

So anyone that knows of a tyre (low profile) in existence please point me in the right direction.
