UV-C does a great job of sanitizing the surface of a mattress, while Ozone is an incredibly effective cleansing agent that penetrates deep into mattress fibres. Competing systems, which either use UV-C alone or worse yet ineffective water-based solutions, simply cannot cleanse as deeply, as quickly and as affordably as operators of the system that we use.

In simple terms, UV-C light in strong does, kills bacteria, human pathogens, and other micro-organisms. It also kills dust mites and tiny parasites, creating a vastly healthier sleeping environment.

Ozone neutralises unpleasant odours, it collides and tackles with pollutants such as perspiration, incontinence, and other bodily debris, as well as allergens, mould spores, tobacco smoke and harmful germs that are left behind on the mattresses. Ozone is far more effective in destroying odours than chemicals because it actually kills the bacteria and destroys the chemical compounds responsible for the smell-instead of just masking one smell with another.
