I know very well how forums operate. Of course there are expenses, but usually not for the moderators. The mods in pretty much all forums on Internet work for free while the site's owner or the company that owns it pocket the income generated by the forum's traffic. Webmastering 101, getting a community big enough to generate content and managing itself. Maybe that's different for TV, then good for the mods

I worked for administrative companies and PR companies worldwide for many years.

It`s not only the running costs, but also the legalities, the stresses, and running an outfit like Thai visa must be an administrative nightmare. And who is benefiting from all this, people like me of course, it`s costing me zilch and have no worries regarding the maintenance of such an enterprise as TV.

Thai visa is a blessing, because it allows me to be in contact with my fellow expats and up to date with what is happening while living in this foreign land. I`d be lost without it.

This in my opinion is a bladdy good deal and appreciative to all those involved. I enjoy to use it and not criticize those who are doing their level best to maintain a quality service for us.

Providing a service is suiting my needs, than the ins and outs of how it`s all run is not my business or do I care.
