Create English library with some of the TV members bar, for example Rick'n'Roll?

You'll get rid of the books which will be circulated to willing readers. Books can be collected for free from the bar and people can give some other books there as well.

The bar will get some more customers, who will come to look for a book and perhaps have a beer and chat at the same time.
