Timeshare Business :)

Featured Replies

I been in timeshare business the last ten years of mi life. anyone can help me or anyone knows about the business in phuket

Fractional ownership represents fantastic value in Thailand especially if you get RCI membership offering unbelievable deals to Whistler and Windjammer etc. Normal spiffs and com paid. Good prospects with a few longstanding companies either as OPC or Liner.

good if you speak korean or mandarin, if not stay home..

Elvis has left the building!

The only "time" I would "share" here is with new Thai lady friends I meet in a beer bar. :) :)

Run forest run ...

Nothing wrong with time-share as long as you:-

1. Have work-permits for all employees, pay tax and are totally legal.

2. That you don't use high pressure sales techniques to bully weaker people into buying.

3. That you don't use bullshit lottery tickets where everyone's a winner and it's just a ruse to get the person back to the office for "the pitch".

In this day and age, a good idea will sell itself.......especially with the aid of the internet.

There really is no need for weaselly tactics......unless the product is flawed somehow.

Maybe Russian as well? I love sales people... Not really.

Is there any time share business that is not a scam? My only knowledge about this is the shit that is sold in phuket or in spain...

This was common practice in Tenerife in the late 80's.

Every resort and then OPC had his own "clumper" as they were called back then.

To the OP,the biggest resort in Phuket is Absolute, they have a resort at the end of the strip in Patong.I know a lad that manages a resort there in the season but now is out of season.

Late 80s and early 90s in Las Americas were the best times of my life and everyone else working there at the time, the start of the "Rave" generation, house, trance and nightclubbing.I just wish someone would hurry up and invent a time machine so that I can go back there every weekend!sad.png

Just for the record ...Absolute only manage not own most of the resorts etc their name is attached too .

Most of the time they "offer to buy" some units at a reduced cost in a resort or from the developer and then sell time share on the same units then take the profit on top.

So in effect they actually use the "victims" money to buy the units !!!!

U can buy them yourself most of the time with payment terms from some or most developers so why get scammed !!!

Buy them yourself and most of the time a management company will help you rent them out when your not around

To get involved with time share is Crazy people !!!
