housing help? rawai / nai harn

Featured Replies

Hi! Teacher looking for a budget one room apartment somewhere near nai harn rawai area. Very new to the area. Would really appreciate any ideas on how to find places other than more expensive tourist guesthouses. Looking for something around 5,000-9,000 baht a month email <removed>

Probably not going to find that right in Rawai/Nai Harn, but near Chalong circle (not far), you'll find some budget hongs like that.

How much would it cost you in Rawai/Nai Harn

Saiyuan road soi 9 thru 2 there are many places there for cheap. Just ride around and look. There are places on soi 9 but be careful about cost of electricity. No more than 5 bht max per unit. Soi 2 has many places just need to ask around. Rawai guest house I'm sure have rooms but they charge for everything and I mean everything. Plates water electric gas and charge 8 bht per unit.

What school are you teaching at? Will be doing the same job next year if all goes well. Aloha

Rawai Condotel near Laguna night club has one room apartments for about 3000/m... Nothing special but good location.

Yes that place is cheap ,but if close to Laguna night club very noisy. My friend lived there in march and only stayed 1 month.FYI
