Good they are out because I hardly see Police around anymore but I see gangs of youths without helmets dominate the traffic picture and hear the ambulance more often than just some months ago.

I never saw anything in the local news sources. Seemed strange at the time. Police and onlookers, pointing and looking at an area with some tall grass and brush on it.

It's odd I am frequently stopped on my bike by smiling policeman, they don't seem happy that I have a licence (Thai licence), helmet, porobor etc....

I think it has to do with the police safety campaign which they are running at the moment.

Will last until 15 July after that back to normal.
