I have had an Ipad(new Retina Display one) for about 2 months now and in the last 2 days have been looking for a

Video/Youtube Download Apps for the iPad(either free or minor payment ones)??

My query is this.My wife's iPad(bought the same time as mine), she downloaded a while back an app named "Video D/L"

and it is awesome. I have tried and scoured the Appstore and while there are so so many of these genre apps

this one seems(I am pretty certain) to be no longer available/existing in the App store.

"Is there any way,by hook or crook, I can somehow get my wife's app from her iPad on to my iPad???

Sorry folks,I am not a computer whiz,so I'm just asking.(though I am guessing it is not possible?)

What apps(either free or paid for) do you iPad'ers recommend that are currently out there?

My problems.......

(1) I would like for the downloads to be played in the background(especially music) so I can surf and listen to music.

(2) I would like an unlimited download threshold

(3) I would like "shuffle" and some sort of "drop-down-playlist" available to look at what is in my folder when I am still playing

that song.

(4) Naturally,an ability to change download names and organise in folders.

(5)If I have a Folder named,example, "Jazz Music", with 10 songs each of 3 minutes with a total of 30 minutes.......

when I play a single song or random on this folder for only each single song duration to come up and not the full

30 minutes

(6) Lastly, an absence of ever-present pop-up ads etc during Youtube searching... would be great.

Seems like a hugely detailed long list,sorry,LOL.

What I am finding is....One app will look great but not play in the background(such a convenient feature to have)..... while

another App "will" play in the Background but not be able to do some other minor thing. .

Change your Apps account on your iPad ,to your wife's account log in Apps and go to Purchases and download the desired App.

Log out and log in again with your account for future purchases.

By the way, this was a App Freebie and wasn't a purchased one,but hopefully it will show up nonetheless and I

may strike lucky here and be able to download it.
