Prices In Krabi?

Any of you guys'n gals who know about land prices in Krabi?

Not beach front or sea view but I would like to know the price for say 1 rai of land 3 to 5 km from the beach and not too far from town?

Any comments are welcome

Will PM you when I have to to go to Krabi and have a look! I will take my Thai wife with me...1,5 million for 1 rai seems okay to me.

Does your friend also know if there are some high rise office buildings in Krabi who rent out offices? I need an office with security guard in the lobby....

I he know of any such office buildings I would be grateful to know!
